FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What Are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are individually applied to your natural lashes creating fuller, longer, luscious lashes. Go natural or go dramatic! Throw out the mascara and wake up looking beautiful.
How long will a set of Eyelash Extensions Last?
When applied properly, eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. Everyone's experience will differ based on day to day activities but over all touchups should only be required every 2 to 3 weeks. A special waterproof bonding agent is used. Glue does not contain any fumes or irritants and is long lasting.
Why are my extensions coming out with my natural lashes?
Lashes have a natural growth cycle of 4-5 weeks. There are different stages of growth. Normally we loose 3-5 lashes per day. Your extensions should be shedding with your natural lashes. This is absolutely normal. New lashes will be growing out after it has been shed.
What type of glue is used?
Formaldehyde is NOT an added ingredient in any of our adhesives. Our adhesives are made using the same properties and ingredients found in medical-grade adhesives. Medical-grade adhesives are used by surgeons to close wounds without stitches, a practice called suture-less wound closure.
